food for the body:
-avocado & turkey on soy and linseed
-beautiful fresh fruit
-spinach fettucine with five cheeses tomato sauce


food for the mind:
-being creative
-being organised

food for the soul:
-hanging my artwork at the view
-listening to tori amos
-speaking to my fiance` on the phone
-seeing the finish line oh so close.
