my first giveaway

Hello my loves! Before I start on the occurrences of the weekend, I just wanted to say I finally got to 50 followers (actually now 51), and that means, I am having my first giveaway! More details at the end of this post, so keep reading!!

I had a super busy weekend! On Saturday I went shopping with my mum and we bought the pew decorations for my wedding.. very pretty. Then I went to the Newcastle art gallery with my sister to see Art Express, which is a display of HSC student's final projects.Then we went out for lunch, such a nice day! Plus I bought some more wool for future projects. Can't go past $2 yarns!

Then I went to Lyndsey's for dinner with Bron. It was a really lovely night, with Chinese for dinner, then Stockholm tea, brownies, raspberry ripple ice-cream & Miss Potter. A perfect girls night! Then this morning, the 4 of us (including little Nyah) went to the Newcastle farmers markets. With a jazz duo playing, the smell of fresh food & lots of people, we made our way through to each stall. It was perfect weather too! Here's what I picked up.

Irish Breakfast loose-leaf tea for $4.50

Shea butter soap for $5

A beautiful babushka doll for $5.

A very busy, but fun-filled weekend!

Now to the giveaway! First, I just want to thank all the sweethearts who follow my blog.. I really appreciate it! To enter this giveaway, all you have to do is leave a comment & I will draw it in a week. Here are the trappings you will receive if you are the lucky one!

{A hand made felt-fabric brooch (made by Lauramay herself)/a white bead necklace, wear it long or doubled over and a hand-painted turquoise bangle!}

I'm excited for my first giveaway and hope you are too!!
