all business

I woke up at 10am this morning, planning on having a pretty relaxed day, up until my hair appointment at 3.45. But I checked my phone and I had 2 missed calls and a message about a job. Woops, stop sleeping in lauramay and answer your phone! So I rushed around and got dressed in my best interview attire and went up to Newcastle. It's an entry level position for administration officer. Fingers crossed. Then I got my hair cut, she did a lovely job, feels so much better, definitely need to dye it before the wedding though.

Oh, here's some pics of my little goddaughter and I that her mummy took. She is such a perfect baby.

Speaking of work.. about 2 weeks ago, Lyndsey (Nyah's mum) came to me with a business proposition. She has to finish her degree, which was put on hold when she became pregnant, and she needs someone to be a nanny for Nyah for 10-11 weeks. It would be paid work, but she said I could only do it if I wasn't working by then, and not to leave a job if I am already working. I know it sounds bad, but I kinda hope I'm not working so I can look after Nyah. But in reality, I do need a job. Anyway, we'll see how it all pans out eventually.

Enough for now,
