50th post + failure

I'm afraid that my 50th post is about my failed fudge. I'm a little bit peeved at the fact that I bought 2 lots of ingredients (because the first attempt failed). But I tried it again, and made sure that I did everything right.. and it still didnt work. Nigella's food forum is closed until January 1st, but once it is opened again, I will be on there to ask questions. I just want to know what I did wrong. Maybe 3rd time's a charm? Anyway, I will be back after Christmas (I know, I'm blogging on Christmas day, but I just got a free moment so I thought I'd pop in).
