a little piece of paper with a phone number

About a year ago, I was organising an art show with a friend from tafe. As I do, I made cupcakes for the exhibition & a lady there loved them and asked for my phone number. She wanted me to bake for a function she was in charge of. After that day I didn't think about that little encounter.

Until today! Kim (the lady in question) called me up & asked if I still baked and if I could make 17 dozen cupcakes for her. That's about 204 cupcakes.. but thank goodness, the event is over 4 days that are about a week apart from each other. I'm really looking forward to it! Finally I will have an excuse to use my mix-master (with that huge amount of cake mix & all!) Plus, it will mean a little bit of extra money in my pocket.. thankyou God!
