a short recap & our giveaway winner!

Well, where do I begin? I had a huge weekend, from Friday to Saturday night, and was glad to have today to do whatever I wanted. I...

• Went to craft on Friday, which was lovely, did a lot of knitting
• Visited a local op shop & bought a bag full of baby clothes for $5 (preparing myself for the future)
• Spent an afternoon with my mum, watching the Dick van Dyke show & drinking tea
• Took a trip to Spotlight (heaven on earth) & bought lots of wedding bits & pieces. Including all the bridesmaids bouquets, which are so stunning!
• Tea at Bronwyn's, a chat & a look at the new Notebook magazine. I'm in love.
• A bbq at Adam & Melissa's house followed by a late night watching S&TC.

So, not huge in the way of partying & staying out and all those things young people do.. but it was huge in the way that I got to do a lot of things I love.

While looking at a facebook a few days ago, I came across a wonderful tattooist, Mimsy. I had heard of her & seen her work before, but a few of her new photos are worth a mention! This tattoo is just beautiful..



But this one in particular brought back so many memories of my childhood & the school fete I would go to every year.



It was held at my school once a year & I would always get a kewpie doll on a stick with a pretty dress & gold hair, I just wish I had kept them! Absolutely one of my best memories.
