women

When I was out shopping today, for some reason, I started thinking about the women who have shaped the way I see myself. The women who I think are the most beautiful and I have shaped my image on. I know there is alot of focus on that these days, but alot of the figures girls base their image on are vapid, empty and soul-less. I would like to show you the women I love & admire. They are intellectual, strong & gorgeous. They are my role-models. (Note: This does not include my mum, sister or friends, as they go without saying).

Women of today:

Kate Winslet

Natalie Portman

Michelle Williams

Cate Blanchett

Winona Ryder

Liv Tyler

Scarlett Johanssen

Women of Yesterday:

Rita Hayworth

Greer Garson

Gene Tierney

Frances Farmer

Kathryn Grayson

And the incomparable, Audrey Hepburn.

I have come to respect my mum's opinion on clothes and what looks good. Also, she has taught me alot about self-respect. Tell me some of the women who have shaped you and the way you see yourself.

Talk soon loves,
lm. x
