So, to get a breath and get my mind off all of this, I went to see my beautiful friend, Lynds, and I can honestly say, that was 3-4 hours of escape that I needed. She's such a wonderful friend, and gives such wise advice beyond her years.
Besides that, my 2 little nephews, Noah (8) & Xavier (7), hopped on a plane all by themselves yesterday to go live with their mum over in Perth. I wasn't exactly happy about the idea at first, but they need to be with their mum, and my parents (who have been looking after them for around 11 weeks) need a rest. I can't believe how brilliant they have been. It's like they have had to relive parenthood again, and they did it so well. I have the most amazing parents and it wont be long now until I will be living with Zane and they will be empty nesters. I know I will be visiting alot though.

(This is mum & dad when they were 17)
Okay, just bear with my for a second while I become nostalgic. At the end of this month, 4 best friends will be living in 4 completely different places. This will be the first time in 17 years that my friends and I will be living apart. My best friend, Bronwyn, moved to Sydney last year, Andrew is moving to Canberra at the end of this month, I am moving to the Central Coast, and Lynds will be here in Newcastle. It is going to be so hard to get used to. We have all known eachother since kindergarten and have grown up together, living pretty close to eachother. But even though this huge change is occurring, in no way does this change the friendship.

If you've gotten to this part, it means you have gotten through my bout with nostalgia. Thankyou for pressing on. ha. My mum is about to have a hairdresser come over for a trial for Mil's wedding, so I'm going to go chat with her while she's here and ask her questions about my own big day. So I'll be back another time.
Bye for now,
