Yes it's true, I have missed keeping my online blog. I have been a very busy girl over the past few months. What with my library course, my best friend moving to Sydney, building a stronger relationship with my family, and of course being with my love, Zane.
And suddenly, a few days ago, I became enthralled with the idea of designing and making hats, as a hobby. I remember my mum told me years ago that my great grandmother, Amelia, wanted to be a milliner and she made my nana's headwear for her wedding day. I would love to carry on her love for hats and hopefully come up with some beautiful designs. I especially like the style of the hats ranging from 1920s-1940s. (cloche hats are definitely my favourite).
Zane and I have been spending alot of time together also, and he has been inspiring me to get back into my drawing. I love him more than I can say.
I have just come across some lovely blogs too (in my search for hat ideas), so I will add them to my list, so more people can have a peak.
