It is 1:31am and I am up, doing some music theory study, and am thinking I should have been in bed hours ago. I like staying up late, but it's not good for me.. I know. Today was a really nice day. The weather was warm, so I got some washing done. I also did some violin practice in the lounge-room, which has lovely acoustics (more like an echo..haha) and an air-conditioner. Felt alot more open to move around in than my stuffy little room. Anyway, I couldnt leave my violin out there too long (air conditioner is no good for it).. so I did about 2 hours practice, and then off I went to class, and boy was (my teacher) Diaane's house hot. ick. I was glad to come home, and got to see my best friend, Bronwyn for about an hour or so. I missed her so much. She goes to Europe next month, so I want to see her as much as I can before then.

(ps. the photo is of one of my favourite places in the world. Ocean Baths, Newcastle. It reminds me of an old-fashioned, open plan bath house. It's wonderful in summer. I have spent so many childhood summers there, I think that's why I love it so much.)
